Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds for subscription purchases when UnitX cannot function on a supported setup and the issue is verified by our support team.

Refund Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original subscription purchase.

When Refunds May Be Approved

Refunds are considered only when you provide verifiable evidence that the software is not functioning on your device in a supported environment.

  • Purchase details and account email
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Video evidence showing the failure

Non-Refundable Cases

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests submitted after the 24-hour window
  • Performance expectations that are subjective or environment-specific
  • Devices or operating systems outside our supported requirements

Processing Timeline

We typically respond to refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to appear depending on your provider.
