Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your UnitX subscription at any time from your account settings. This policy explains when cancellation takes effect and how billing is handled.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel a monthly subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to paid features until that cycle ends, and you will not be charged for the following month.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term. You keep access to paid features until the term ends, and the plan will not renew for the next year.

No Pro-Rata Refunds

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for cancellations made partway through a billing period. Once a period is paid, access continues until that period expires.
