Terms of Service

By using UnitX, you agree to these Terms and any related policies or plan-specific rules. They explain how the service works, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities that come with using it.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, 'UnitX', 'services', 'free plan', 'pro plan', 'enterprise plan', 'beta services', 'output', and 'customer data' have the meanings set out here and in any plan or product page referenced by these Terms.

2. The Services

UnitX provides meeting intelligence software designed to help users prepare, respond, and stay composed during meetings. We may update, suspend, or improve features at any time, and plan availability may vary over time.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant UnitX the limited rights needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service. Enterprise customers may be governed by separate data terms where applicable.

4. Restrictions, Responsibilities and Rights

You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt it, reverse engineer protected components, share access improperly, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and all activity through your account.

5. AI Features and Output

The service may include AI features that generate suggestions, summaries, and responses. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output and for any decisions made in reliance on it.

6. Fees; Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the stated fees, applicable taxes, and renewal charges unless you cancel in accordance with the plan terms. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

7. Warranties

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Confidential Information

Each party must keep the other party's confidential information private and use it only as needed to provide or use the service, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, or legal risk. When access ends, your right to use the service ends immediately.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify UnitX against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your customer data. We may provide limited indemnity in certain enterprise arrangements if expressly agreed in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnitX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the prior twelve months or the minimum amount required by law.

12. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
